After a hard day of work and a full night of school, I pull up to the drive through to hear "what do you want", I ignore this and place my order and wait my turn. Upon arriving at the window, I have my credit card taken from my hand without so much as a "hello" and I am so flustered that I didn't realize until I was almost home that I was missing the hot fudge Sunday that I had ordered, meaning that I did not receive the product for which I paid. This is not the first time that I've dealt with this same establishment and I believe that I will be bypassing this one from now on as well as passing the information on to my friends and family. My wife informed me that her drink was stale and there are black hairs in the bottom of the french fries. I will be contacting the city to complain as well.
