McDonald's

I come up to McDonald's every night at 6:30 to get food and a milk shake and If I get there at 6:44 pm im told the machine is down and not working this has happened the last 4 days 3/12/2013 to 3/16/2013 what is the problem at this store it's 9:40 pm on 3/16/2013 and machine is still down and the manager has no clue of why she acted as if she don't care I asked who the district manager was she had no clue some thing needs to be none or does McDonald's not care about there patrons
