McDonald's

Recently went to this McDonalds on a Monday around 430 pm. Ordered a large Diet Coke and a Large Dr. Pepper for my Aunt that was with me. To our surprise, both drinks were reg. coke. By the time we got the straws in the drinks, we were way on the Lloyd Express Way. We did not turn around to correct the situation as time would bot allow us to do so. I actually live more than 20 miles from this McDonald's. Today we were in the area again and went to the same McDonald's. I spoke to the Manager on duty, she questioned my like I was on the witness stand and these drinks were worth a million dollars. She said I should have called the store and reported it Since it had been now 3 days since the incident, she wouldn't do anything about it. She went on how she was there that night, why didn't I turn around and come back. Why didn't I call? Others come back. She finally gave me credit for one drink and instructed me to call the office to make a complaint. I was treated like a bum looking for something free. I feel very insulted(Unbelievable!!!) As I was speaking to her in the drive through, the line was out on the busy street as it was around 430 pm.
