First 2 dozen or more kids in parking lot standing out where you drive around the building, others parking their vehicles in 2 spots, garbage all over outside. Great first impression!
Inside we used the restroom and no paper towels in Mens room.
Front counter crew member was rude. She actually made us feel that we were bothering her. Then we sat down and McNuggets were old and you could see and taste it.
Next looking around while we were eating we could see the place was very dirty........guess it matched the outside.
The last thing was I called the manager on duty and asked her about the kids hanging out in the parking lot. She asked who I was twice and I said a customer both times. She said she had kicked the kids out of the parking lot 20 minutes ago. We had been there for over 20 minutes already so that wasnt true. Then was watched her come to the front counter and then go back to her office........... kids in parking lot still outside hanging out right where people drive around to get to the drive thru.......... we actually seen people leave because of all the kids.
No it wasnt busy when we we got there and it wasnt busy when we left.
Poorest example of a business Ive seen for quite awhile. I will return there in 2 weeks to see if anything has changed. if not then Ill make a call. Time for a change there i think.
