I think this is the worst McDonalds in the US please avoid. I unfortunately stop their last night at 8:00 and the staff was so bad a McDonalds person locked the doors so no customer would come inside. The drive thru was a mess and the frys which I only eat once a year were way under cooked. This place is an embarrassment to all McDonalds.Respond

This restaurant used to be top notch, but it is pathetic now. Ownership of the franchise must have changed. Slow, unprofessional service, unkempt facilities. Front door handle was hanging off on my last, (and I do mean last) visit. Ghetto clientele. I won't be going back.Respond
McDonalds on Skillman and Royal Ln is the worst McDonalds i've ever attended. The service is horrible and the staff as well as the management is ghetto. I sat in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes literally while a car ahead of me sat there arguing with the service guy. He was very unprofessional and didn't have enough sense to tell the car to pull ahead so that he would assist the next customer; while allowing someone else to work thru the problem of the customer. Instead, he argued back and forth and allowed others to be stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I will never go there again or recommend this place for my dog.Respond
This used to be the best McDonald's in the U.S. Then, about two months ago, things started to go south. Last week they got my drive-through order wrong twice. Today, one door was locked and the adjacent door was blocked by a yellow pylon that said "wet floor". No napkins in the napkin container.Respond
