Hello,
I went to this establishment late one evening and ordered a chicken sandwich and some chicken nuggets. The told me to pull up and wait for my food to be brought to me. 20 minutes later I was still without food. I went to knock on the door and asked about the status of my food. The lady rudely told me that it was coming. I then watched as the manager scrambled to put my meal together, shoving french fries with her bare hands into the containers. I asked to speak to the manager about this and she walked away. And to top it off my food was cold! This restaurant is poorly managed and the staff is way below average. I give this McDonalds an F.
