This store actually sucks. I keep trying, because it is a Black owned establishment. The management need to train their crew. They have horrible custom service. The clothes of the employees (some) are horrendous. They should have shoppers at this store and he would know why his business is down. And if he think it is up, just imagine how great it can be. I've been inside and at the drive-up, it matters not when or what time of day you come. The staff is unprofessional and uses foul language among themselves, while guest are in the store. This should not be. Of the three McDonald restaurants in my area this is the worst. I am not the only one with this opinion of this store. I know it could be better with the proper training, and they always run out of one thing or another. This morning takes the cake, I order a big breakfast, the cashier asks with or without pancakes, I say without. Lo and behold, I get pancakes, I don't see it until I get home. Mind you it's 5:30 a.m. I didn't get my receipt for my credit card. So I don't know what I was charged. I asked the clerk who took my card for the receipt and he replied I would get it at the second window, NOT, I try to call and of course they don't answer the phone. What's a person to do? Can you tell me? A disgruntled customer.
