The food is standard McDonalds fare. The service tends to be repeatedly poor. My orders are mixed up in so many ways, I can't even predict how it will be wrong each time. The "manager" does not convey an attidute of "I'll make it right." I've been offered a replacement meal. This is not what I want. (It would likely not be accurate anyway). What I want is people to care about the quality of their work. I want my order to be right. I waited until they got my order wrong 6 times before I called the manager. I won't call again. They've just lost a customer.
