Some of the farms we use include: POLYFACE FARMS, STEVE BAKER PORK, TUSCARORA ORGANIC GROWERS, DAVONCREST FARMS, FREEBIRD, MAPLE AVE MARKET, BUFFALO RIDGE FARMS, FIREFLY FARMS. All dishes are prepared from scratch in house, starting from making our own stocks, ending with greenhouse microgreens garnish.
