We would rate this restaurant as poor. Except for a few, the employees are sloppy and dirty in their appearance. The kitchen manager, Mr. Chastan was questioned by us regarding charging extra for the side items that were advertised to go with the meal. He asked us where we usually ate??? What has that got to do with anything regarding charging extra for side items. So we stated that if we had to pay extra for something, shouldn't it not be burnt? His answer, it was carmalized. How frustrating to hear after finding out you have to pay more for less and look at employess who aren't even dressed well enough or clean enough to work at a stock yard.
