I LOVE the idea of the drive through... however my experience at the drive through on all 3 occasions have been TERRIBLE. The wait time is worse then if you go inside and everysingle time once I arrived home... my order was WRONG.... very dissatisfied. Oh and I called back to speak to a manager (Kristen I believe her name was) and she could have cared less...
