Today I had my doctors appoint in lawrenceville ga and we come from loganville I don't know if your familiar with loganville but there is no Krystal so we always go through your drive through and most of the time ok service but today was no service not a good one anyway first we had to wait behind one person but the problem with that is they from what I saw a one small bag and was not busy inside or out so by the time it was our turn no straw missing a drink chilli pup upside down here's on burger we didn't ask for and no fries for combo it was around 200pm so we didn't get to enjoy our food that we love on our way home needless to say everybody has bad days but I hope your custmer service and presentation on food gets better schools fixing to be in session and do the not give receipt in drive through window have better days get custmer service thank you lisa
