Kombit features a tasty Caribbean menu, featuring Haitian cuisine favorites such as Rice flavored with black mushrooms (djon-djon), spicy roast pork (griot) and stewed conch in creole tomato sauce (lambi). Occasionally, jazz or haitian folk music on week ends adds to the ambiance.
