poor service did not know prices of any thing

Hey my name is Jose I have a big big complain about the KFC by the medawood mall. My mother and I went and asked for Ana M and the manager said that grul is gone and started treating us bad so my mom and I gust said no thanks so we left. David vasquez ,Rosa,and every one Their is mean and they don't have papers and even the managers wife and his wifes aunt work thier too don't go thier bad service.

Hello my name is Jose my mother and I were going for a family dinner at the KFC by the mall and this dum grul named Rosa was mean and stupid she gave my mother adittued and didn't Wana change somthin so little for my mom she said No okay I can't I offered it and u said no so I'm not okay is the same thing anyways that was mean then she walkes up to this two gruls and starts tellin than but with anger and makin fun of my mother that's when the manager said is okay give them the side and this nice grul named ana m said mam I'm so sorry for Wat happened how can we do to help u and to fix our mistake I'm so sorry. And my mom gust said thank u for Bing so nice but I just want my money back and go some were eals were they treat u better not like her!!!!!!!!that's when we left. bitch!!!!!!!!!

Dont go the kfc by medowood mall they are mean and the managers scream at thier emploees i dont know wat kind of people hiyered that i specialy hate this guy who helped me on drine drive thru it was my first time david gave me my food with additude and didnt say hi or bey just closed the window in my face from know on im never going back ther ever agin bad managment.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello my name dosent realy madder im a old lady and im surprissed that a yung lady would acually care about old people she knows wat my husband and i like and i see her evey time i go eat with my husband she makes us fell like were home she say hi and gose to our table rite when we get our food and as shes cleaning she tells us if u need anything els mam let me know and ill help u shes a realy hard worken lady if my husband and i could talk to the owner i would let them know wat a good worker and freandly she is her name is ana i call her lil ann she always makes our day when we get to the kfc by the mall keep up the good work hunny see ya one of these days:)

I wnet to kfc by the mall and this yung lady ana realy nice said hello and was realy helpfull telling us about here specials and taking the food to our table and taking her time wipng down the table o make us fell a home my wife and were realy pleased and now that's our favorite place hope to see that yung lady agin keep up that good job!!!!!:)

I have a huge complaint regarding my visit today just 5 minutes ago. Let's see if the manager of this location stands up and contacts me with some free food and an apology due to my terrible experience! I went to the KFC by Meadowood Mall. I went through the drive thru and gave my order which was a 3 chicken strip meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and a large non sweetened ice tea. I had to repeat myself twice while in the line. When I got to the window, the man that was standing there repeated my order. But he said mac n cheese instead of potatoes and gravy. I quickly corrected him and wanted to make sure he got my large unsweetened iced tea, not the raspberry iced tea. He repeated back to me "regular iced tea". Then the lady came to the window and handed me a "regular" sized cup with iced tea. I said, "this is a large"? She said, what did you order because you just told him regular iced tea. She was very rude when she said this. I told her no, it's regular tea, but the size was large. Then she started arguing with the guy and then gave me my drink. She took my $20 bill but never even told me how much my order was. Then she gave me my change, which to be honest I have no idea how much that was because I was already irritated. Then as she began to hand me my food, she asked if I wanted any sauce. I said yes, honey mustard. She put 2 sauces in my bag and handed it to me. I also asked her for some sweet and low for my tea. She handed me 2 packets. I asked for more and she gave me 2 more. When I opened the packets, they were hard as a rock and came out in clumps. So I drove to my work, which is less than 2 minutes away, and as I pulled out my food guess what I found. Mac n cheese and coleslaw! No mashed potatoes, and no butter and honey for the biscuit. I also didnt get a straw or my receipt!! Needless to say, I am very upset about the terrible service I received from your restaurant. I believe I should be given a coupon for free food to try and keep my service. I work for a large company by the mall and I can tell you, I will be telling everyone about this terrible service!
