I have a huge complaint regarding my visit today just 5 minutes ago. Let's see if the manager of this location stands up and contacts me with some free food and an apology due to my terrible experience! I went to the KFC by Meadowood Mall. I went through the drive thru and gave my order which was a 3 chicken strip meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and a large non sweetened ice tea. I had to repeat myself twice while in the line. When I got to the window, the man that was standing there repeated my order. But he said mac n cheese instead of potatoes and gravy. I quickly corrected him and wanted to make sure he got my large unsweetened iced tea, not the raspberry iced tea. He repeated back to me "regular iced tea". Then the lady came to the window and handed me a "regular" sized cup with iced tea. I said, "this is a large"? She said, what did you order because you just told him regular iced tea. She was very rude when she said this. I told her no, it's regular tea, but the size was large. Then she started arguing with the guy and then gave me my drink. She took my $20 bill but never even told me how much my order was. Then she gave me my change, which to be honest I have no idea how much that was because I was already irritated. Then as she began to hand me my food, she asked if I wanted any sauce. I said yes, honey mustard. She put 2 sauces in my bag and handed it to me. I also asked her for some sweet and low for my tea. She handed me 2 packets. I asked for more and she gave me 2 more. When I opened the packets, they were hard as a rock and came out in clumps. So I drove to my work, which is less than 2 minutes away, and as I pulled out my food guess what I found. Mac n cheese and coleslaw! No mashed potatoes, and no butter and honey for the biscuit. I also didnt get a straw or my receipt!! Needless to say, I am very upset about the terrible service I received from your restaurant. I believe I should be given a coupon for free food to try and keep my service. I work for a large company by the mall and I can tell you, I will be telling everyone about this terrible service!
