Very poor customer service. I waited at the order speaker for 5 minutes and no one said anything. Not hello, hold one moment...NOTHING! I decided to drive up to the window to ensure that they were open. After a minute a young lady opened the window. I asked her were they open and was something wrong with the order speaker. She says, "Oh we were having a conversation. What you want?" Speechless.........Politely drove to Popeyes where they provide quality customer service and a manager is there to maintain order.
