well actually this person down here is so wrong this is the best kfc, they have great service and um duh if your going thru a drive thru why would yu need plates? dont be lazy and use the ones you have at home. They do have a time limit to have you at their window maybe thats why she refused to give you plates. But by expieriance i have noticed that every one their is very polite and they always have a smile and a speedy team. i suggest thatif your going to need plates and all that just go inside.
