Excellent, tender bbq. Brisket falls apart, Rib meat pulls off the bone, the rest is outstanding. By far the best in Midland/Odessa and Better than Cooper's. You have to cross I-35 to find anything better. The service is great and the place is big and fun. The only negative is it's easy to overeat.
