Visited your store on July 11,2014 and ordered two John's Famous Italian Cold Cuts, knowing how good they have been in the past. Got home and was really looking forward to eating them. When I opened them I was SHOCKED to see that what I had was virtually a lettuce sub, there was maybe five pieces of meat on the roll and a ton of lettuce. Was very very disappointed with my purchase. Paying almost $20.00 for two subs I would have thought they would have been better than that. If there is no reply to this e-mail then I know that John's really doesn't care what customers think of this business. Just remember word of mouth is the best advertisement any business can receive.Respond
