John Hardy's Bar-B-Q

John Hardy;s Barbecue claim to be real southern bbq. I am from Texas and John Hardy's does'nt even come close. There was'nt any real hickory or mesqutie flavor to the meats We tried the pulled pork, ribs, and beef very tough, dry and cold. The beans tasted like canned . The suaces tasted like more like ketchup mixed with cayenne pepper. I suppose the unfortunate citizens of Rochester do not know the difference. Over all John Hardy's is very bland.
