SUBWAY

this was my sub way experience .....
i arrived at subway pull up to to drive through wait about 5 min no one says a word over the mic then a man comes out of sub way ant tells me the drive through is closed, so i walk in wait about 35 min in line place my order got my order got home and received the wrong sub , called the store back and told michelle the problem she chuckled and told me we already know ( i don't see how this is a funny matter) then tells me i could come back now for a free sub (they close in 15 min i live 25 min away) i cant come back at that time so she tells me to come back for a free sub then continues to tell me i can only come in the 5 days she works and the hours she works i verify thats the situation, it was i then hung up. i cant believe i the customer would need to come in on her schedule only i should be able to receive the sub when ever i choose very poor management and slow service many customers were also angry about the wait i would highly advise eating elsewhere
