Island Burger

cold, rare burger, no coleslaw, no garlic sauce.....tired of this Utica branch. It is very hard to pay $9.75 for a burger...that is cold, almost frozen, mashed up roll and no trimmings on it. How hard is it to make sure the customer gets what is being requested and paid for. Then the girl is going to tell me for a well done burger.... thats how it is done...it will always be red on the inside...what?
