Don't go to this IHOP for lunch unless you have a LOT of time available. They have no concept of time or customer service. They told us it would be 10-15 minutes for a table. 40 minutes later we were finally being seated, walking by empty table after empty table. THEN we were told that it would be another 20 minutes for food, because "lunch is our busy time and both our rooms are full". If lunch is a busy time, maybe you should be staffed and prepared. Keep treating your customers like that and you won't have a busy time at all.
