I would like to say IHOP in Decatur,Texas was bit abnormal management really need to be retrained....I noticed alot conflicts and childish games with employees at this IHOP,but I have to say there are some professioal workers in this faculity. As a waiter you should be on point, professional,quick, cheerfull.... some staff were dule, rude,procastinate,complained...As a key board in eveluating waiters I give (AMBER) two thumbs up..Key in glory for waiter is polite,professional,and on point that what leaves good tips...
