We believe that each beer should be as honest as possible...that is, carefully crafted to the style with some added originality. The ingredients are traditional. No cheap adjuncts are used; just locally malted barley, hops, pure water and yeast, with the occasional 'unique' ingredient! Each batch is hand made in small quantities of 7 barrels at a time.
