Honto teriyaki has been my favorite teriyaki restaurant for over 14 years. I have brought many customers to your place of business. Sue is an amazing, Christian woman and employee. She is one of the reasons I frequent your establishment. She is a ray of sunshine. A consummate professional. My family took me there for Mother's Day. What a horrible experience. There's not enough room to explain. I will never come back as long as that obnoxious, rude, unprofessional girl works the counter. I have had the 'pleasure' several times with her. I came in the week after Mother's Day to talk to the owner about my families experience. My favorite lady, Sue was back. She seemed nervous when I told her about my awful experience and the joke of a person at the counter. My feeling was she didn't want me to say anything because she would suffer the repercussions. She also told me with a hush finger to her mouth that they fired here. I couldn't believe it. Sue is the face of Honto Teriyaki. She is largely the reason folks frequent. Shame on you.
