I've been in the business for 20 years and never witnessed such disrespect and lack of cistomer service. My wife, 3 children and I got the buffet and were ignored. We asked 3 times for help with no responce. My wife (who is a server) then went straight over to the manager and asked why our server wasnt helping and why there were no crab legs available on the buffet. The restaurant was not even 1/2 full. He basically blew her off saying they had new crab legs out constantly but only had 1 broiler cooking them. No answer for the missing server. They could not care less and the food does not make up for the management's lack of intelligence.

This is one of the better buffets I've been to. By that, I mean the food selection is large and the food tastes good. In addition to veggies, fried and grilled shrimp, fried chicken, several types of broiled fish, a chinese food selection, snow crab legs, mussels, sushi, oysters on the half shell, etc., they have a Mongolian grill, where you can select the type of food you want them to grill. One is steak, so there's something here for everyone. Cost is $10.95/11.95 on weekday and weekend. I think it's a good value.
