Hong Kong King Buffet Reviews

I've been in the business for 20 years and never witnessed such disrespect and lack of cistomer service. My wife, 3 children and I got the buffet and were ignored. We asked 3 times for help with no responce. My wife (who is a server) then went straight over to the manager and asked why our server wasnt helping and why there were no crab legs available on the buffet. The restaurant was not even 1/2 full. He basically blew her off saying they had new crab legs out constantly but only had 1 broiler cooking them. No answer for the missing server. They could not care less and the food does not make up for the management's lack of intelligence. m
