I wrote the original and apparently ONLY review on this page. What I said was true but am now pissed. I recently found out that, despite ALWAYS giving a $3 tip, they have been charging me a delivery fee for years. Restaurant owners, don't rip off your good customers. They don't like it. Hence this review. I will never order from Herui again.

The food is excellent, the price is right, and the delivery always comes piping hot. I've eaten much worse and paid far more. Treat yourself. Herui is a wise choice.
