I wrote the original and apparently ONLY review on this page. What I said was true but am now pissed. I recently found out that, despite ALWAYS giving a $3 tip, they have been charging me a delivery fee for years. Restaurant owners, don't rip off your good customers. They don't like it. Hence this review. I will never order from Herui again.
