Today, we went to Gradys on FM 78-Converse, TX., the Fried Catfish is usually, very good, however, it was very, very, salty. I asked for less batter, not sure the chef got the message. I phoned them to let them know. The Manager says he will replace it. I explained, I wasnt calling to have it replaced, just wanted him to be aware of how salty it was. We had the same kind of Catfish at Gradys on I 35 North, across from Splashtown, yesterday, and it did not seem to have much batter, so it tasted better.
