Frisch's Big Boy

the managers there are always putting their employees down instead of helping them to become better at their jobs. its a wonder why they get so many complaints. they expect these poor kids to know it all as soon as they walk in the door. if you don't teach them how will they know how to do it and scorning them just makes them nervous and makes the manager look bad not the employee. i went in to eat and went to pay and this poor girl was having issues with her computer and her manager blamed her for it and i apologized and told her it was my fault and she wouldn't have it and said that it was the cashiers fault anyway. to me that's just beyond unbelievable. i don't know how they keep anyone for so long at that place in delhi.
