Francar's is a horrible place to spend your money. When I called to place an delivery order, the lady did not even answer the phone correctly. I had to make sure I was calling Francar's. She then asked for my location. I told her I was in Macon and local. She began to say very rudely," you need to give me a correct location ma'am because that's not accurate. I told her I was in west Macon Eisenhower area. she then proceeded to ask me my specific location in a very disrespectful, impatient way. When I told her she said," well we don't deliver to homes anymore and hung up in my face. When i called back she said, I asked why she did not tell me that from the begginnning and why was I hung up on and at that point I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She continued to hang up in my face and a guy answered. He was rude as well and told me that I could complain to the BBB and did not tell me his name. This place is apparently unprofessional and these people know nothing about customer service or having morals and values.
