El Tambo Grill report: Time and time again it never fails, though my family and I love the food, they are one, continuously getting things wrong and when you confront them nicely, I have never been encountered with such rude, disrespectful, uncooperative lack of customer service in my life. Not once, not twice, too many to count. They have disrespected my mother, made us to look like liars, arguing with us over trivial disputes that should never be questioned of the customer. They are stingy greedy rude human beings whose pride would argue hell and high water to not see the customer right and loose money for THEIR mistakes. It's getting ridiculous and I think something needs to be done. They just served us dangerous raw chicken. Then have the audacity to argue and call us liars on the phone making us make an unnecessary trip back to the store to prove our chicken is pink and undercooked! I have searched online and have seen many others suffer their rudeness as well. If you have to, report it online. People should never be treated they way they have treated people as a business.
