I ordered a pizza over the phone at 609 PM on 1/29/08 from a women who told me my pizza, cheese bread, and soda would be delivered in forty minutes. An hour and a half later I called to find our why it was taking so long. The boy on the phone mumbled something and kept me waiting on the phone for what felt like an eternity before he told me he had no record of my order. When I asked him why my order was lost he told me he could take it now. I asked to speak to the manager who kept me waiting on the phone for another eternity, who then told me he could take my order now. I told him that it was unacceptable to loose my order and not apologize and offer me a free pizza. He said there were two people answering the phones and neither of them
