This Dairy Queen lacks good customer service! My 12 yr old daughter ACCIDENTALLY drooped her drink off her tray. The older blonde employee was very unsympathetic to the incident. After I apologized, all she could say was "What? Oh no, not on my clean new rug". Never once told my daughter it was ok, no problem, or anything else. My daughter was even being courteous and was cleaning the mess by herself. Was offered NO help from staff! So, if you like rude customer service, then I suggest going here. The food is good and the $5 meal deal is awesome. However, God help you if you spill something on this woman's clean RUG!
