i always have to wait for about 20min. for my food, and it always seems like the management doesn't care to help any customers. i and my friends have been neglected until and employee could assisted us. and by the time we get our food it has been sitting out and the fries are cold. my soda is always flat, and there is always a man in blue that always seems to ignore our group. i have tried to give it many chances but i just can not be ignored any longer.
