To start...the waitress was more interested in texting than serving. The drink order she got wrong from the start. Then, the items that we asked for (ketchup, honey and ice) we had to ask for twice. We even had to go get one of the items ourselves. She never came back to the table until she brought the bill. And even at that time she didn't utter a word, just dropped the bill on the table and went to the kitchen area to text. Our food was cold and tasteless.
