I just had an excellent hamburger at Charleston's. However, they get the award for the smallest amount of wine for $7 I've ever had but I am only 64 years old. I wish they had provided a sample glass to show you what your five sips looks like in a very large wine glass.

prim rib use to be the best in town. for some reason they changed the preperation by adding rosemary and other spices to the meat. now it is the worst in town!!! the rosemary overwhelms the taste of the meat. the meat is of poor quality. full of tendons and gristle. I just spent $62.67 for the worst prim rib ever!! your chefs have been watching to much food t.v. you have lost one of the best customer for the last 10 years. good quality prim rib has it,s own flavor. all you need is a little salt. management should eat a prim rib dinner with tons of rosemay and get thier response. very unhappy customer.
