I have been here about a half-dozen times in the last few months as a third-party contractor for outside sales. Every time I've been here, except once, I have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my orders to be prepared. Sometimes longer! The staff is RUDE, inconsiderate and inattentive! I have never been offered a drink during my long waits. I have been talked to like a second-rate citizen and not even recognize while I sit and wait looking at the staff. When I ask for information about my orders I get no communication, just attitude. This place is a joke! Or, terribly mismanaged. Or some of both...I'm not sure. But, I certainly wouldn't go there and spend my own money. Especially when every time I'm in there as a "business partner" it cost me more money than I make!
And heaven forbid you try to say something constructively critical; they get their panties in a major bunch! And then have nothing good to say about anyone involved in the partnership except themselves of course.
If I could give a place negative Stars this would be one. I've been in the service industry for many many years and I just cannot believe the way this place is run; and how they treat the people who are supposed to be in business with them! Inexcusable!!!! I hope they go out of business. Which, they will if they do not get their act together. This market is not kind to stupidity and laziness.
