This modest, Bohemian coffee house introduced Espresso coffee to the West Coast in 1956 and became a den for artists of all types, from Lawrence Ferlinghetti to Bill Cosby. It is also the home of the longest running musical show in San Francisco-the Caffe Trieste Saturday Concert (since 1971). Ongoing musical events. Five Northern CA locations.
