Burger King

I visited the store 6/7/2020 around 20:07. I asked for a impossible burger meal with onion rings and icee coke. They had no onion rings and the icee machine was down (what I was told). But my review is for the sandwich I received. It was cold not hot, not warm not even semi-warm as if it had been sitting in the fridge. My disappointment was that it was specially made (cheese, no pickle no onion) and whomever made it HAD TO KNOW IT WAS COLD before serving it. I have called the store 2 times in hopes of making this right and yet no return. Bottom line the 12 minute wait in the drive thru and the store not having what I want are small, however, when I pay almost $7 for something I can not eat and can not get a return call is poor service. I definitely won't return and for sure will rate this location on every web page I can.
