When I lived in Pleasant Valley, I stopped in the Dutchess Tpke store almost every day. One particular sales person was superb in her handling orders and providing an upbeat personality - her name is Tanya Dickens. Because of her tremendous attitude and always smiling face, I returned there regularly.
If she is still there, she deserves recognition for her excellent people skills. I now visit BK in the Clifton Park area and they are no where near the level of Tanya. A big congratulations to her and the PV store management.
