Burger King

If I could give them a score below poor it would. I went online to do the customer survey and the receipt I was given did not have the store location number on it. It says back up from DT01 printer, whatever that means. My Chk #7150 and the time and date I went through the drive thru was 5/24/13 at 2:37 p.m. I Ordered a TCrisp chicken sandwich meal with a large frozen lemonade. When I finally got to the window to pay (approx. 20 min after ordering) I was handed a large coke with my meal. I let the girl know I ordered a frozen lemonade and she proceeded to tell me (with an attitude) that there were no substitutes. I then said I have no problem paying extra for the frozen lemonade. She charge me $8.06 for the meal and returned with a frozen strawberry lemonade mix. I then said I did want the strawberry lemonade mix but just the regular frozen lemonade. She rolled her eyes at me and I finally got what I asked for. When I went to eat my meal my sandwich was over cooked (almost burnt) and my fries were cold. I WILL NOT be going to this particular Burger King again and I will advise my family and friends not to go there either. I also noticed that the persons name on my receipt was 21 Hector. Hector WAS not the girl who helped me. I also tried calling your 1-888-555-1234 number and the recording said to try back later. Really? WTF?
