NEVER, EVER, EVER have your wedding at the Boot Hill Pub. The reception hall is a great atmosphere and has the potential to be a wonderful place to hold a special event. BUT, Michele, who is the manager, is rude, unreliable and has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. She will promise you things and doesn't deliver. She will make excuses for her behavior and does not take ownership and responsibility in her work. She made a joyous occassion such as a wedding a living nightmare for the bride and her family. She was rude to the guests at the wedding and walks around with a scorn look on her face. Stay far away from this place unless they get a new manager who will work with the guests in a friendly, accomodating manner.
