At Batch Bakehouse we make bread & pastry the old-fashioned way, before dawn, from scratch, using only the finest ingredients, each piece carefully crafted by hand. Visit our store at 1402 Williamson Street, at the corner of Dickinson Street, and try a free sample. We specialize in croissants & pastries, French baguettes & artisanal loaf breads. We also offer Intelligentsia Coffee & Teas. We are a locally owned and operated carry out bakery. We bake from scratch daily. Please arrive early for the best selection and grab a seat at our window bar or enjoy our outdoor seating. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 7:00AM - 6:00PM, and Sunday 7:00AM - 3:00PM, closed Monday. If you are planning to stop by later in the day and have your heart set on a specific item, please call ahead and reserve it! We are happy to hold items behind the counter until you arrive.
