We envisioned comforting, yet over the top American classics in a simple, one-page menu with an emphasis on house cured Berkshire bacon. To give your eyes a taste- envision meatloaf, craft beer braised chicken, 1/2 lb. bacon BLT, wild-game sausage, our Big Fat 16 oz Steak, thick cut bone in Berkshire chop, home-spun vanilla bean ice cream and bread pudding with a bourbon caramel sauce!
