Fair, is putting it kindly when it comes to ordering carry-out from them. I've been to this place many times with my wife and daughter and get great service when dining in. But when it comes to carry out they are horrible. At least on three occasions they forgot something in my order a lot of times it's the plum sauce that comes with the moo shu pork. Again today they forgot it. You can't eat moo shu pork in the pancakes without pump sauce. I called them to tell them and the ladies response is "okay you come back here and get it". I work in a restaurant myself and been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. I would never answer a customer that way. Especially when I've made the mistake I will cater to them and making it right. Unfortunately they don't think the same way. So make sure you go in to eat there and never order carryout.
