Was there with a date for Valentine's Day, Feb, 14, 2008. Can say that the food, shrimp and oysters for both, was excellent. The waitress was johnny-on-the spot with the water and the, ummm, water. Seemed to be a bit distracted after the food was served. The music absolutely sucked. the table next to us asked if it could be changed or turned down...nada. Won't go back for a romantic occasion. Oh, did I mention that the jewelry salesman was the only person that thanked us for being there and invited us back?

My husband and I went yesterday to celebrate our first anniversary. The food was superb. It is pricey (they did have a value menu), but worth it for those special occassions. We sat out side and got to see 3 dolphins play around and the sky was blue and peaceful. The LORD was truly smiling on us because as soon as we left it started storming. But it was lovely!!!!!

A lost treasure reborn bigger and better than ever, it stands tall. Most places make their names by having fresh seafood, Angelo's starts there then adds whatever it can. Great views, flair, the old wood interior restored, a friendly and attentive staff, great food. Truly spectacular!
"A place where recipes are born not copied" which it says on the menu (at one point) is true, that same spirit is alive and well. I ordered an old favorite (half bulldozer 8/21/07) and found a new twist (just a small one). My only regret is I didn't try more, I enjoyed it so much. It's worth going whenever you can to celebrate or have a good time. There is something for everyone. I'd suggest trying it for lunch one day, you'd be glad you did. I know I am and I have to go back to see what else I like there. Way to GO!
