The American Deli on Columbia Dr. in Decatur GA. is despicable, appalling, disgraceful, and shameful. I bought a 10 piece wing special and asked for blue cheese dressing. I got back to my office and as I began to eat, the taste was not resonating well w/me, so I tried the next wing and realized they were absolutely too salty and they had given me ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. I called and I was told to come back so they could fix it. They were looking into the full container like it was from outer space. Counting wings back and forth and then asking how many. Remember, I had eaten one and started on the second. They wanted to replace the wings with 8 instead of nine. I told them those wings were going to make my blood pressure rise. Besides, I had to drive back to the place. Next thing you know, they went to the back to get the queen of the wings I guess. She comes out and they again go over the number of wings looking at them strange. Finally, they cooked me nine more wings and did the unthinkable; they put the ranch dressing (FROM THE TRASH CAN) back in my container. People don't eat from this place. There is no telling how much stuff can come from the trash into your mouth. You have to listen to your customers.
